We will only share your information if you escalate a complaint to an external independent adjudicator or if involves an insurance claim, we may share details of your complaint with our insurer ADS.  

Your data will be stored securely on our email system, local network and/ or Google Drive and kept for 6 years or if your complaint is serious or involves an insurance claim or other dispute, the data is kept for 16 years.
