Move FAQ

Our Camberley Office is moving! Your questions answered – click to expand:

Where is the office moving to?

We are moving into the old Surrey Heath Museum space on the first floor and across from the Registrar’s office in Surrey Heath House.

Our new address will be:

Citizens Advice Surrey Heath
First Floor
Surrey Heath House
Knoll Road
Camberley
Surrey
GU15 3HD

When is the office moving?

Our last open day in the current offices will be Wednesday 27 March and we will open in the new offices on Monday 1 April at 10:00 am.

Why is the office moving?

Surrey Heath Borough Council has found us more suitable premises, which should improve our sustainability. However, our old home will not be left abandoned – The Hope Hub will be refurbishing the portakabin to provide services, amenities and support for homeless people and those at risk of homelessness in Surrey Heath.

Will the service be the same at the council offices?

It will be. We’ll still offer free, confidential advice to our clients and maintain an independent service.

What will the opening hours be?

The opening hours will remain unchanged:

Monday: 10:00 – 16:00
Tuesday: 10:00 – 16:00
Wednesday: 10:00 – 16:00
Thursday: 10:00 – 16:00
Friday: Closed

Alternatively call our Advice Line on 03444 111 444 Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm or get online advice.
