Working at Citizens Advice Surrey Heath means being part of a team that’s been supporting local people since 1960. Our staff and volunteers work side by side to give free, confidential, impartial advice to thousands of residents each year, and no two days look the same. In 2025/26 alone, our team helped over 6,000 clients work through more than 16,000 individual issues, and our combined efforts were recognised with the Surrey Heath Volunteer Team of the Year Award. Training and development
