Energy advice

Struggling with your energy bills?
Our advisers can provide practical support to help you understand and manage your energy costs.
We can help with understanding your bills, dealing with billing issues, managing energy debts and understanding Smart meters. If you’re a prepayment customer, we may also be able to provide top-up vouchers, depending on your circumstances.

We can also help you deal with your energy supplier directly and make sure you understand the support available to you.

Food BAnks

If you’re struggling to afford food or facing a difficult time financially, we can help you access food bank support.

We work with a variety of local food banks, including Besom, Trussell Trust and Bisley and West End food banks. Our advisers can talk through your circumstances and help you access the support that’s available to you.

Food support

There are several free food and community sessions running locally each week. Everyone is welcome, no referral needed.

• Free Food Stall, Sundays from 12.30 to 1.30pm at the Youth Centre, Old Dean, Camberley
• Free Community Breakfast, Sundays from 10 to 10.40am at St Martin’s Church Hall, Old Dean, Camberley
• Free Wednesday and Saturday Cafe, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 to 11.30am at St Martin’s Church, Old Dean, Camberley
• Free Friday Cafe and Food Bank, every Friday at The Mytchett Centre, 140 Mytchett Road, Mytchett, GU16 6AA
• Ezra Community Fridge & Hot Meal, Mondays 11am to 2pm (community fridge and hot meal), and Sundays 4.30pm to 6.30pm (hot meal service), 110 Frimley Rd, Camberley, GU15 2QN
