Citizens Advice Surrey Heath is providing advice and support for energy related issues to those struggling with their energy costs.

The Energy Advice Programme is part of a national Citizens Advice initiative aiming to provide specialist energy advice for clients who are in fuel poverty or at risk of being in fuel poverty.

We can offer support with a variety of energy matters:

• Discussing options for energy debts.
• Understanding energy bills.
• How to switch energy supplier or tariff.
• Eligibility for any energy grants or useful services.
• Help with an emergency top up if in emergency credit.
• Increasing energy efficiency and reducing energy usage.
• Information on Smart meters.
• Eligibility and signing up for the Priority Services Register.
